As the news is coming from the shipping, a Chief engineer on LPG tanker vessel EPIC ST.KITTS (Singapore Registered), died due to heart attack while working. Ship was at the port on 10th June when this incident happened. 43 years old seafarer was sailing on LPG tanker for past 7 months. When ship arrived on Mongla Port (Bangladesh), he was working in engine room, and must have got the attack at that time. Shore medical staff was contacted and preliminary examination suggested that cause of death to be heart attack. The Body of Chief Engineer was taken to shore for further examination. From there it will be taken to China as the engineer was from Hubei Province China. May his soul rest in peace.
