steal the oil. The event took place near the Strait of Malacca-southwest of
Pulau region. This event was accompanied by several other piracy activities in
this region.
Update 2: All the hijackers of the ship were caught by the navy and now being prosecuted for the offence they did. Malaysian Navy Has confirmed their arrest.
Update 1: Malaysian Authorities have confirmed that ship is now under their command and the pirates have left the ship in small boats. Navy was in constant watch over the ship. The ship is now being brought back to Indonesian waters.
Out of the 22 crews one is reported to be injured. As per the reports he got bullet wound on his thigh.
Ship is now being rescued to the Kuantan Port.
