Refloated Bulk Carrier Sinks in Atlantic Ocean

Bulk Carrier Stellar Banner-was scuttled after the structural damages were found to be beyond any commercial sense. Stellar Banner Grounded off the Brazil Coast in the month of February during its journey from South America to China. Three Months later, it was refloated in the month of June. For refloating a large amount of iron ore was taken off the cargo ship. The very large bulk carrier then went for the hull inspections, and it was found that the only viable option is to sink the ship as the cost of repairs is beyond any commercial gains.

As we can see in the video, large red fumes (Iron Ore), comes out of the ship when it was scuttled. So far as per the news, no oil pollution was detected when the vessel was refloated.
